Education and working experiences

Yong Fang received his Ph.D. degree from the Control Theory and Control Engineering, Shanghai University. He is currently a Professor and doctoral supervisor in the College of Economics and Management of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Over the past few years, he has actively participated in a variety of research projects on technology management and energy policy. He has published over 60 papers including Energy Policy, Strategy Management & Technical Analysis, Science of Science and Management of Science and Technology, and Forum on Science and Technology in China. His research interests include Energy Policy and Technology Management.
