The 14th Five-Year Plan puts forward the long-term goal of entering theforefront of innovative countries. In order to enhance China's status, studyingand judging the global innovation pattern and formulating China's science andtechnology innovation policies are important topics in future research of thegeography of innovation. Deploying the innovation chain around the industry chainand laying out the industry chain around the innovation chain is a newrequirement for China's industrial development. framework that can reveal the global science-technology innovationspatial-temporal pattern and mutual feedback mechanism from the perspective of theindustrial chain. Based on this, we can propose more comprehensive and detailedindustrial chain innovation resource allocation suggestions for China byconsidering science and technology in different links in the industry chain. Thelithium-ion battery industry is taken as a case to verify the effectiveness of theresearch framework and make relative suggestions.
