This course introduces the thought and skill of management communication. The part of thought includes: communication introduction, communication goals setting, audience analyzing, point and view illustrating, communication media choosing, and feedback giving and receiving. The part of skill includes: listening skill, speaking skill, negotiating skill, multi-culture management and communication skill, and crisis management.
