Deepening University Collaboration to Forge New Chapters in Exchange — Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Universitas Lampung Hold Meeting

University of Lampung (UNILA) from Indonesia visited School of Economics and Management (SEM) on 29th October. The visit aimed to establish a platform between the two universities for student exchange and other cooperation. Representatives from relevant faculties, departments, and functional units of both universities attended the meeting.

A group of BUCT students led the UNILA delegation on an in-depth campus tour. During the tour, BUCT students shared their campus life experiences and academic learning insights with the UNILA delegation.

A meeting was hosted after the tour. SEM and School of International Education provided an overview of BUCT, disciplinary layout, scientific research strength, and international exchange achievements. BUCT is committed to building a diversified and high-quality international education platform to provide cross-cultural exchange opportunities for Chinese and international students.

Prof Nairobi (Dean of School of Economics and Management, UNILA) expressed gratitude for the warm reception from BUCT and highly appreciated BUCT's outstanding achievements in disciplinary development and international cooperation. He stated that UNILA looks forward to establishing a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with BUCT.

In the free discussion and Q&A session, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on cooperation details. At the end of the meeting, members of the UNILA delegation gave a vivid introduction to the natural scenery, cultural characteristics, and urban development of Lampung City, Indonesia.
